Shipping & Delivery

At NORE, every piece is carefully prepared and finished to meet our standards of quality. As many of our garments are made to order, production time and delivery time should be considered separately.

Made-to-Order Production

NORE formal, bridal and bespoke pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately upto 4 weeks for Formal wear production, and upto 8 weeks for production of Bridal wear, from the confirmation of your order via deposite and correct measurements.

This production period does not include courier transit time. Once your order has completed production and passed our quality check, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Within Pakistan

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Pakistan generally takes approximately 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery times may vary for remote areas or during periods of unusually high demand, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to selected destinations worldwide.

After dispatch, international orders generally take approximately 5–10 working days to arrive, depending on the destination, courier service and customs clearance.

International delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as customs procedures and local delivery conditions are outside NORE's control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and order.

Any promotional free-shipping offer will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and will be subject to the applicable terms of that offer.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside NORE's control.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has completed production and is ready to leave our studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once the shipment has been handed to the courier.

Bridal & Bespoke Orders

Bridal, bespoke and customised garments require additional care and may require additional preparation time.

If you are ordering for a specific wedding, event or important occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.

While we will always make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated timeframe, NORE cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless that date has been expressly confirmed by NORE in writing.

Delays

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather, public holidays, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide an update.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive an incorrect item or your garment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nore.pk.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
